You will have the ability to motivate employees- identify training needs while working independently as well as part of a seasoned team.
As a Customer Care Coordinator you will handle heightened customer issues and find ways to support the Customer Care advisors.

Summary of Responsibilities: Reporting to the Senior
Manager- Customer Care- this position is responsible for:

Assist with on-going training
Manage and support Social Care (Social Media Sites)
Motivate employees
Manage the analysis of customer needs- giving personalized advice- providing recommendations and solutions.
Respond to complex or heightened guest requests or needs
Sharing insight/feedback received through interactions with the Customer members to all parties involved
Support Customer Care Advisors
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Years of Experience:

Must have 4 years related customer service experience

Qualifications:

Seasoned experience in handling a variety of heightened customer issues or request.
A willingness and dedication to servicing the needs of our internal and external guests.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills- proactive and a strong team player.
An exemplary positive attitude and a passion for offering unparalleled customer service.
Must work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment- with an ability to prioritize while executing in a tactful manner.
Should exhibit confidence- with the ability to work independently.
Excellent verbal- written and interpersonal communication skills.
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Computer proficient- with an excellent knowledge of
the CRS-
ResaWeb- Outlook- Microsoft
Office-
and Internet browsers.
A flexible schedule is required- including evenings- weekends and holidays.
Bilingual English/French
is an asset.
