AECOM is actively seeking a creative- highly talented Project Controls Analyst
for immediate employment for the Burnaby- BC office. AECOM is proud to provide

The Project Controls Analyst will support the Project Controls Team in
planning- organizing and tracking of program- projects and tasks. The support
will include data entry- verification of data integrity and reporting across
all AECOM and Client platforms.
The Project Controls Analyst will be part of an existing team and have the
Assist in development of project specific materials which may include content for reports-
presentations and written information related to the program.
Analyze- Maintain and disseminate large amounts of data to different audiences/departments.
Support Senior Project Controllers and Project Managers in project setups- development of estimates- maintenance and tracking of cost- invoice development- monthly EAC- program schedules- EVM and reporting.
Research and analyze system data to create valuable reports and actionable insights.
Champion data integrity across project management tools- MS Project- Primavera P6- Excel- SharePoint and ERP system.
Work with Document Controllers in maintenance of document management systems and collaborative workspaces like SharePoint when required
Contributes to the team effort by accomplishing program related results as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements :
Bachelor`s Degree in Environmental Science- Engineering or Business Administration with 2+ year relevant experience or Diploma/Certificate with 4+ years relevant experience
Experience working in a project environment
Strong interest in data processing and analytics. Experience in data management is a plus- but not required.
Experience in working with MS Office with good understanding of Excel functions; Access is desirable.
Experience with MS Project;
Good understanding of database concepts.
Strong aptitude for analytical and problem solving
Strong aptitude to learn and work with software systems
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience working with Project Management software or major ERP software (i.e. ORACLE- SAP or JD Edwards) is considered an asset
Experience working with Primavera P6 considered an asset
Understanding of Earned Value Management is preferred
